(Revised Jan. 2006)
Tournament Cancellation
Policy:
1. The Tournament Chairperson (TC)

notifying them of the cancellation.
3. The TC will inform the membership of the new date should the tournament
be rescheduled.
4. The TC will make the presumption that all players will participate in
the next tournament and all entries
will therefore automatically rollover to the next
tournament.
5. It is the players responsibility to notify the TC if they are not able
to play in the tournament. Their entry fee will
be been rolled over to the next available
tournament (See Player Cancellation).

days of the tournament date – Possible Entry Fee Forfeiture
2.1 The player may seek a replacement. If

not be rolled over until
the replacement has paid the required entry fee.
2.2 It is not the responsibility of the TC to locate a
replacement player. Should there be players on the
waiting list, the TC will use
them as a replacements. The players fee will not be rolled over
until the
replacement player has paid
their entry fee.
2.3 If the course releases the club obligation for payment for the
player their entry fee will be rolled over to
the next tournament.
3. Player Entry Fee Forfeiture
3.1 If a player does not show up they
will forfeit the entry fee.

required 8 days and a replacement was not located, the player will
forfeit the entry fee.
3.3 If the course does not release the clubs obligation for
payment, the player will forfeit the entry fee.
"Cart Usage" Policy:
During the wet season, allowing carts onto the golf course may be a
day to day decision. The decision not to allow carts is determined
by the golf court supervisor not by WPMC. This decision may not be
made until the
actual day of the tournament. Please keep this in mind when signing
up. If you do not play because carts were not allowed the risk of
losing your entry fee does exist.
